As a Visual Designer II, you will help shape the visual direction and identity of our products, brands and pitches. You’ll work closely with product designers, developers, and design leads to craft compelling visuals, scalable design systems, high-quality UI experiences, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Whether you're working remotely or in Ahmedabad, or Pune , you will play a key role in delivering world-class design experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Conceptualise and craft high-quality visual designs across digital products, marketing websites, and proposals ensuring clarity and polish in every detail.
  • Apply a strong understanding of design and UI patterns to create intuitive, consistent, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Interpret and extend brand identities across touchpoints, that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively across multiple workstreams, delivering high-quality work within deadlines
  • Act as a reliable visual design advocate within project teams, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale to teammates and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines and stylescapes.
  • Work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into delightful visuals.
  • Create clean, consistent and easy to use interfaces aligned with usability and accessibility best practices.
  • Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and trends to improve craft and bring fresh ideas to projects.


What we look for


Experience: 3–5 years of experience in visual design for digital products, brands, or agencies.

Portfolio:
  • A strong Visual Design portfolio showcasing hands-on design expertise.
  • Experienced designer with a strong passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating effectively with remote teams globally.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback.


Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating and contributing to design systems.
  • Good grasp of common design/UI patterns and interaction conventions.
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and extend them across mediums.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.


Bonus Skills

  • Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
  • Illustration experience.
