What you will be doing
- The candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain the highest standard of quality.
- Act as a consultant, allocating the right personnel, processes, and resources to bolster team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assume the role of a coach, advising team members how to optimize their efficiency within the project team best.
- Responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework, including guiding the clients or product owners for the following scrum process.
- Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project.
- Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, risk analysis.
- Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set.
What makes you a great fit
- 7 years of Experience in IT organization and minimum 2 years into Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
- Expert at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Experience with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
- Worked on tracking KPIs and delivering high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Technology: Majorly working in custom web applications and mobile (Android, iOS, Flutter) applications using the latest technologies (ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Django, Mean Stack, Mern Stack).
Good to have Skillsets
- Good understanding about project management tools like Jira & Confluence.
- PSM or equivalent scrum certification
